Driver-Partner FAQ

Am I an employee of BIYAHERO?

No. Driver-partners are independent partners who earn through the platform, not employees of BIYAHERO Network Transport Corp.

How much does BIYAHERO charge?

BIYAHERO charges a service fee of up to 2 percent of consumer charges. Digital payments are settled on a T+1 basis, and cash trips require remittance once accumulated service fees reach 1,000 pesos.

I do not have a franchise yet. Can I still apply?

Yes, apply anyway. Our Partnership and Support Services team assists with LTFRB application guidance, document preparation, appointment assistance and compliance monitoring.

How long does approval take?

It depends on how complete your documents are and on LTFRB processing. Our onboarding team will keep you updated at each stage after you apply.

Can I drive part-time?

Yes. You decide when to go online, subject to the activity requirements of the platform.
